Parenting Intensives With Holly
Discover more peace & experience a deeper connection with your child.
Parenting intensives can help you accomplish in concentrated sessions what may take months in traditional therapy.
What is an intensive?
Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique joys and challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with connection, or looking for ways to bring more peace into your home, Parenting Intensives offer a focused, results-driven approach to creating meaningful change.
Instead of traditional weekly sessions, intensives provide extended sessions, allowing for deeper exploration, personalized guidance, and actionable strategies. We’ll cut through the overwhelm, get to the heart of your challenges, and develop a concrete, actionable plan to support your child while strengthening your relationship with them.
Whether you need strategies for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and communication or simply want a closer, more connected relationship with your child, these sessions provide practical tools you can implement immediately.
By using the intensive format, you’ll accomplish in one or two sessions what might normally take months—helping you create a more peaceful and supportive home environment in less time.
If you’re ready to move beyond frustration and toward a stronger, more connected relationship with your child, let’s get started.
Step 1
15-Minute Free Consultation
I’ll meet with you online to ensure we’re both comfortable moving forward and that all details are discussed. If a parent intensive is right for you, we’ll schedule the intakes and the intensives.
Step 2
Online Intake Interview
I’ll gather detailed information about your family’s history, your child’s needs, and parenting goals during this 90-minute session.
Step 3
In-Person or Online Intensive Session One
In our first Parenting Intensive, we'll dive deep into understanding your neurodivergent child's unique way of experiencing the world. Building on insights from our initial consultation and intake interview, this session creates a foundation for positive change by identifying barriers and patterns. We’ll be developing strategies that work with, not against, your child’s neurodivergence. Session one will occur on a Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm. You’ll have a break for a one-hour lunch while I review the information. We’ll meet again from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Step 4
Online Intensive Session Two
During this two-hour online session, we’ll reinforce positive changes, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen skills for a more peaceful, connected home.
Step 5
Post-Intensive Follow-Up
This final online 90-minute follow-up session is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and equipped to maintain the progress you’ve made throughout the Parenting Intensive. By this stage, you’ve already implemented strategies —this session helps solidify successes and fine-tune your approach for long-term success.
